big11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfers), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or international wire transfers at this time.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no standard maximum single deposit limit, although big11 reserves the right to apply per-method limits and may request additional verification for large deposits. Deposits made via supported bank transfers and e-wallets are typically credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability. big11 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the big11 account. big11 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a payment method not belonging to the account holder will be declined and may trigger a fraud investigation.

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
All bonus credits are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable rollover multiple, eligible game categories, minimum odds requirements, and time limits will be clearly stated on each individual promotion page. Games that are excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment will be listed explicitly.
big11 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using automated software or bots to place bets; exploiting promotional terms through coordinated hedging strategies; and making deposits solely to qualify for a bonus with no genuine intention to wager. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, bonus credits will be voided, and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
Bonus credits that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice. It is the Player's responsibility to review the expiry date of any bonus credited to their account.
All bets placed on big11 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. big11 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced, bets affected by a technical error, bets placed on markets where odds were published incorrectly, and bets that exceed the Platform's advertised maximum stake limits for a given market.
In the event that odds or game results are published in error (a "palpable error"), big11 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts. A palpable error includes, but is not limited to, incorrect odds caused by a data feed failure, human input error, or technical system fault.
